Who we are

FactoryBridge OS is a pre-incorporation startup founded by James Chen. This website is an introduction to a product currently under development.

What information we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, company, role, work email, country, company size, current workflow tools, the production exception you describe, your stated interest and your message.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing scripts.

How we use the information

We use enquiry information solely to respond to you and to assess whether a discovery conversation, design partnership or pilot discussion is relevant. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to an ongoing discussion, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Requests can be sent by direct message on LinkedIn.

Changes

As the company is incorporated and its systems are put in place, this notice will be updated to reflect the legal entity and the data processors in use.
